SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

This agreement is signed by Anemon Travel Org. located at Kemerağzı Mahallesi Yasar Sobutay Bulvarı No.312/78 Aksu Antalya. Type. Ltd. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as "Anemon Turizm") and the Participant whose name, surname, address and telephone are stated below and in the documents attached to the contract. (Participant refers to the consumer who buys or undertakes to buy any package tour, for whom a package tour is purchased or promised to be purchased, or to whom a package tour contract is transferred.)

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This package tour agreement has been concluded between Anemon Turizm and the Participant, whose name, surname, address and phone are listed above, under the conditions detailed below.
This contract can also be established in writing or at a distance through a permanent data storage device specified in the legislation as e-mail, short message, internet, disc, CD, DVD, memory card and all kinds of similar tools and media.
Again, brochures, information and all kinds of correspondence regarding the tour that the Participant will participate in can also be given on paper or sent with a permanent data storage.

ARTICLE 3 - BROCHURE

Prior to the conclusion of this contract, a preliminary information brochure was given to the Participant. The information in the brochure can be changed with the express agreement of the parties after the contract is concluded, provided that it is clearly stated in the brochure before the contract is concluded and is notified to the Participant.

ARTICLE 4 - AGREEMENT PRICE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

4.1. Anemon Turizm is obliged to collect the entire total price when registering for the tours.
4.2. For the payments in foreign currency specified as the tour price in international tours, the rate to be determined by Anemon Turizm on the payment day is applied.
4.3. In order to eliminate the risk of not realizing some trips that fall below the target participation, Anemon Turizm may apply promotional prices for some trips and hotel classifications on these trips, if necessary. This special situation does not entitle the customers who have registered for the same trip in advance to a discount.

ARTICLE 5 - PRICE CHANGE

In case of the existence of the following conditions, Anemon Turizm or its intermediary may change the price at least 20 days before the departure date of the tour, provided that the Participant is notified in writing or with a permanent data storage and how this change is calculated;
5.1. In foreign tours where the contract price is determined in foreign currency, the price change is caused by the extraordinary changes in the exchange rate.
5.2. The price change is due to unusual changes in fuel costs.
5.3. The price change is due to changes in taxes, duties, fees and similar fees collected in places such as ports and airports.

ARTICLE 6 - INFORMATION BEFORE THE JOURNEY

Anemon Tourism or its Agent will inform the participant at least 24 hours before the start of the tour for domestic tours and 48 hours for international tours. This information is not obligatory if the information in the brochure given to the participant or in the contract does not change.

ARTICLE 7 - CHANGES IN MAIN ELEMENTS OF THE AGREEMENT

7.1. In the event that one of the essential elements of the contract changes, the Participant may accept this change or an alternative tour offered by Anemon Turizm or its intermediary.
7.2. Except for the significant changes made in the content of the contract for reasons not caused by the Participant, and the price changes made by Anemon Turizm or its intermediary before the start of the package tour, due to the reasons specified in the 4th article of this contract, other price changes are considered as fundamental contract changes.
7.3. Anemon Turizm or its Intermediary shall immediately notify the Participant of the changes in the articles of association and their effects on the price.
7.4. In case of a change in one of the essential elements of the contract, the Participant may accept this change or an additional fee to another package tour of equal or higher value offered by Anemon Turizm or its agent, provided that it notifies Anemon Turizm or its intermediary in writing or with a permanent data storage. You can join without paying, or you can join a package tour with a lower value, provided that the price difference is refunded.
7.5. In case of withdrawal from the contract, Anemon Turizm or its Intermediary will refund the entire amount paid by the Participant, without any deduction, within fourteen days at the latest, from the date on which the notification of withdrawal from the contract is received.

ARTICLE 8 - CANCELLATION OF PACKAGE TOUR

8.1. If Anemon Turizm or its Agent cancels the tour before the start of the package tour for a reason not caused by the Participant, the Participant,
